It’s been a good week, but a busy one. We took the team to Nairobi and said good-bye and now we are back in Kitale. It’s great to be back and I was so excited that today we got the chance to go and see the twins. It had only been a few days away, but they look so much better, happier and healthier. Rose came running around the corner when before she walked as if she was still learning how. Rael was finally able to smile for the first time. Her little personality is starting to come out and she is absolutely adorable.

       It is also great to get to know the other kids that live at the house with the twins. Most of them came to the house when they were as malnourished as Rael and it is encouraging to see where they are now. They are like one big family and it's great that they can all play and have fun together.
